COSADE 2022 has been rescheduled to April 11-12 in order to avoid an overlap with Real World Crypto.
The currently valid Covid-19 regulations of Belgium and KU Leuven permit a physical conference, thus we continue to prepare for that. Any updates will be posted here.
Please check the requirements to enter Belgium and ensure the compliance to them.
In accordance with Belgian regulations and KU Leuven policy, a Covid Safe Ticket will be required for accessing COSADE 2022 and checks will be enforced every day at the entrance. A Covid Safe Ticket proves that you are fully vaccinated, tested negative or recovered. Equivalent certificates from all EU member states should be compatible. A valid Covid Safe Ticket is also required to access restaurants, in particular the one of the social event. Face masks are mandatory recommended in all indoor areas of the university campus.

Registration Details
Two types of registrations are available for COSADE 2022:
- On-site: the registration fee includes reception, lunches, coffee breaks and the conference
dinner. Hotel rooms need to be booked separately.
- Virtual: the registration fee includes online participation via Zoom or similar.
If you register before 28 March 2022, you benefit from an early-bird registration discount!
One author of each accepted paper is required to register (on-site or virtual).
Registration is possible until April 12th, 2022.
On-site registration with cash payment is not available.
Registration fees can be paid by credit card or wire transfer.
Payment receipts will be distributed.
Participants may ask to convert their registration from on-site to virtual or vice versa before the 4th of April. The change from virtual to on-site registration implies the payment of the on-site fees (i.e., at the time of the change request, the participants will be asked to pay the difference between virtual and on-site fees). The rate for the new registration is the one at the moment of the first paid registration (for instance, participants with virtual early registration, will be moved to on-site early registration even if the early registration deadline has passed). The change from on-site to virtual registration implies the refund of the difference between the two fees. Currency exchange and credit card expenses will be automatically detracted from the refund. The same conditions apply in the unlikely event that COSADE 2022 is moved to a virtual-only workshop. To change the type of your registration, please contact us at: COSADE conference Organization.
