Registration Details

The registration fee is 410€. This fee includes welcome reception, lunches, coffee breaks and a conference dinner. Hotel rooms need to be booked separately.

If you register before March, 10th, 2016 you benefit from an early-bird registration discount! The early-bird registration fee is 350€.

If you are registering under the student rate, proof of your student standing will be required; students must send a copy of their valid student ID via email to office@iaik.tugraz.at.

NON-STUDENTS

Early bird (before March, 10th): 350€
After March, 10th: 410€

Registration Rules

Registration is possible until April 8th, 2016.
No on-site registration is available.
Only the payment by credit card.
An invoice will be available after the registration procedure.
Please note: No reimbursement will be possible after March, 31st, 2016.

Accommodation

If you want to stay over night, Hotel Weitzer offers a special rate for COSADE attendees (indicate "COSADE 2016" during booking to get the special rate). The costs for a Economy single room are 74,80€ including breakfast. The offer is valid until March, 25th, 2016 (Check-in: 14:00; Check-out: 11:00)

Parking: There is a parking garage right next to the Hotel that can be used. The parking fees for one hour is 2€ and 14€ for 24 hours.
